VLAN上不太支持1.0127版  
这个俄罗斯平台的台长强烈推荐国内玩家去它那玩  个人感觉也非常不错 于是先来这里发一下 也不算太烦琐  一劳永逸 关键是它支持文明3--6作

密码需要数字和字母组合 6位数 需要邮件验证  登陆你的邮箱点验证地址登陆网站  点按钮激活

点1.edit profile后  中间信息 便把VPN的用户密码给你了如下

这组用户和密码在运行VPN软件时需要填入,先记录下来 存进文档里.  开始下载VPN程序 网站提供的是100M的1.0127升级包打包下载  主站右边的连接需要代理才能上  台长给了个不需要代理的种子站

1.0127升级包 和vpn程序 torrent种子下载:

下载好解压到CIV5目录里    发现版本补丁是从三大妈拿来的  当然还带了VPN和即时通程序.

1.安装即时通CivNetworkChat.exe 打个用户名和自定密登录就行 可以输入中文.
2.安装.局域网驱动程序CivNetworkDriver.exe(火车铁老大的图标) 我把瑞星关了或设信任 会报未知病毒.

3.VNP安装后 把刚才得的密和用户 填到"E:\Sid Meier's Civilization V\data\config\pass.txt " 1行是用户,2行是密 我是把安装包解压在文明5目录里的 目录仅作参考.
4.接着运行ConnectCivNetwork217.exe  (2个电脑屏幕的图标)  ,任务栏上有红的未连接网络图标  右键它, 点connect 连接网络(注意让防火墙批准通过)  它会去刚才的pass.txt找密和用户 正在连接时是黄色   正确的话就会连上了 图标变绿色  进入游戏 局域网 就能看到平台里的同学了 人气比VLAN高很多  我刚上去 即时通里 就有老外求战  希望站内高手们不要再打神一样的电脑了  神一样的电脑怎能比人一样的玩家 (如果是XP用户 需要重新启动 才能正常运行虚拟局域网).

重启好连接上网络 直接进入游戏就能互连了 PS 我通常选擂台或tiny图的泛古陆或地中海 一般是擂台 快的话1小时不到 通常能打3小时 长的会有6小时的情况 不知道大伙们联机都选什么图 能战多少回合.  可惜论坛不能发上传图  要不一定图文并茂介绍给大家.以下是网站帮助向导英文版 想看的同学可以看看 希望大家能经常在一起玩  据说还有网站排名的哦 据说是对战时不要添加AI
1.   Sign up here http://civplayers.ru/?section=signup, confirm registration by e-mail and look into your profile.
2.   Download and unpack 1 of this archives in your civ 5 folder, run ConnectCivNetwork217.exe (if any error appears, run and install CivNetworkDriver.exe first, and then run ConnectCivNetwork217.exe).
3.  Run CivNetworkChat.exe
4.  Go \data\config , open file pass.txt
type here your VPN login and VPN password (get them from your profile!!) instead of user and password.

-- 5.1 Go to the properties of the Civ5 VPN adapter (it applied on your network adapters after you installed CivPlayersRu VPN client, its just adapter which has Tap-Win32 Adapter V9, not called "Civ5 VPN adapter" and probably has "Unidentified network" in second line)
-- 5.2 Select 'Internet Protocol Version ipV4' and click 'Properties'
-- 5.3 Click 'Advanced'
-- 5.4 Change the 'Interface metric' at the very bottom to 1.

-- note*: Windows XP users sometimes need to disable all antiviruses and firewalls, and restart(!) PC.

6. After all this actions, you will see tray icon with 2 small red comps, right click it - select "Connect".
7. Open 3DM.ini in civ5 folder and type your VPN login instead of 3DM here. Launch game and go LOCAL NETWORK games.
8. If you got any problem, look CivNetworkChat and get support from admin team, also you can use this chat for contact with players in VPN.
9. Follow game server activity on this page http://civplayers.ru/server/ (here you can see who is connected to server every moment)

*upd Do not add AI in your VPN games!!!! That provides everyone from lobby to join your game after it launched and crash it!

VLAN上面只能玩1.0.0.20 版本，217不行啊，楼主的这个太复杂啊，谁能自主开发一个平台好了，哎呀哎呀～～

你多换几次房间试试，而且一定要主机有开端口映射，或者神马ZMD地址要对应吧
